Menopause and Wellbeing. Are you experiencing emotional impact of menopause. Many women may experience anxiety, panic and low mood for the first time during perimenopause or menopause stage of their lives. This can leave you feeling bewildered, confused and not not quite yourself. For others they may notice pre-existing symptoms of anxiety and low become worse during the menopause, with a sense of not being in control. This half day workshop focuses on exploring, understanding and managing emotional wellbeing during the menopause.
Burnout. During prolonged or repeated periods of stress, particularly when we are no longer focused on self care, we are more at risk of burnout. When you feel you have hit an emotional brick wall and your normal ways of coping no longer work for you, you can be left feeling depleted, run down, emotionally lost. This half day workshop helps you to understand how burnout effects our emotional wellbeing and looks at strategies for building emotional resilience and self care.
